lauraanne_gilmanJust got e- from the editor -- Young Warriors, edited by Tamora Pierce and Josepha Sherman (and which contains my short story "Serpent's Rock)" has made the New York Public Library Books for the Teen Age 2006 List!

Sadly, I will be out of town for the cocktail party (making me 0-for-2 on these things). Ah well. I'll make sure to lift a drink, poolside, at the appropriate time to keep solidarity with my fellow contributors... *grin*
