lauraanne_gilmanFor the first time in my life, I am an Early Adopter. Yep, I now have a G1 phone. Still learning the ins and outs but so far I'm quite pleased with it, as it will replace the Poor Dead PDA reasonably well (and what it can't do, Toke the mini-computer can). However, no new tech goes 100% smoothly, and I seem to have lost some phone numbers in the transfer. So if you think I should have your contact info, e-mail it to me (or, y'know, just call me!)
Had an odd moment when I realized I didn't know if it should get a name or not -- my laptops and PDAs had names, but my phone didn't. Decisions, decisions...
And then I came home and found a large box sitting at my door. My IM regulars and beta-readers will be thrilled to know that I have a new keyboard and regular 's' and 'w' usage shall now commence. :-)
Oh, and the check from the Publisher of No Payment has arrived, so they are now the Publisher of Responds-to-Being-Bitchslapped, and we shall abuse them no longer.
