The only problem with having put up the winter (dark, thick, cold-baffling) drapes is that they turn my bedroom from a nicely airy and light-filled place into a warm, dark cave from which it is difficult to emerge. The cats think so, too. I may have to buy a timer for the lamps and set it for 'full illumination' at the appropriate time.
Deadlines are being, if not slain, then at least grieviously wounded and hog-tied for later finishing off. Sometimes that's the best you can claim for the day.
I missed shouting about a birthday yesterday. I suspect the birthday girl will forgive me.
It is cold outside. I should go to the gym. I really should. Or maybe I'll just stay in my cave and work from bed all day. Both are valid time-use choices, don't you think?
