Woke up around 6, got out of bed at 6:30, checked e-mail, went downstairs and exercised for almost twice as long as I used to be able to fit into the schedule (25 minutes instead of 15). Upstairs, made myself some tea (another time-luxury) and now it's time to shower, dress, and walk down to the office.
